Our Australian Data Centre
Our Australian based servers
are housed in the TransACT Data Facility in
Canberra, who provide carrier-grade secure data centre services.
In conjunction with our Australian and Overseas
data centres, we have the capability to bring your website onto

Servers
Each Dell PowerEdge 3.0GHz Xeon Dual Core
server run on 64-bit CentOS Linux operating system, dual redundant hard drives,
2Gb RAM with plenty of software tweaks and performance boosting configurations.
Back-ups and Data Redundancy
We have a 2-tier backup solution to ensure data
can be restored very quickly in emergency circumstances. Each server has RAID 1
data redundancy for real-time backup and restore functionality. Additional to
this, each server is backed up offsite in real-time with incremental data
backups. So even in the unlikely event both hard-drives in the server fail, we
will still have a copy of your data!
Our Overseas (GLOBAL) Data
Centre
Our overseas servers are housed at state-of-the-art data centres in Houston, Texas. The facilities offer 100,000 square feet of web hosting
space and each features redundant UPS, generator backup and smoke detection/fire protection systems. Both locations are under 24/7 camera surveillance and armed guard patrol.
The Data Centre's facilities are connected to the Internet backbone through 14 Gigabit Ethernet links from six separate backbone providers all ensuring maximum speed and internet connectivity if your website has a global visitor target. This facility has been ranked as one of the world's largest dedicated web hosting service providers and we are proud to pass on such infrastructure to our clients.
